When I purchased my Groupon, I thought I would just used my Groupon and not purchase anymore treatments, but after using my Groupon and seeing results from my Laser-Lipo with Cavi, I decided to purchase Venus legacy and Bliss packages. The ladies Johanna, Michelle, and Mariann are very professional and welcoming. Johanna and Mariann helped with scheduling my treatments around my work schedule. Michelle, gave me pointers to help with my weight loss journey. Chanel is on facial, absolutely relaxing; I did the hydration facial my skin looks and feels amazing.

Being introduced to the Venus legacy has been life changing. Johanna makes me look forward to every session as it's like going for a nice warm massage with great conversation. Stomach has always been a problem area for me and since day 1, I started seeing a difference. Cannot recommend this enough!

LOVE Johanna and Snatched Spa! She is very well informed and her technique is great. I have received Venus massage for my stomach at another place and it is no comparison to Johanna. I recommend everyone to do this treatment, the results show from the first time! I will definitely do more of it before summer time. If u did surgery or didn't, this treatment is great! The lady working here named Johanna is very nice and explains everything about the process.

My experience with Snatched Spa was wonderful! The staff are all so friendly and positive, making you feel comfortable and welcome. Johanna was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different procedures and explained it in an easy to understand way. I worked mostly with Isa who was so sweet and did a great job. Definitely worth the investment!

I went to snatched since I saw good reviews here. I was so impressed with the space..the staff and their professionalism & kindness. Michelle is a Godsent! I did the venus legacy treatments with her and she told me exactly what would help me to reduce my lower belly Pouch. I listened and I saw results faster than expected. I highly recommend this amazing, little gem in the heart of Astoria on Steinway St. The aestheticians are super friendly, explain everything in detail and provide amazing treatments for fat reduction, cellulite and many other problem areas. I tried the Bliss and Venus Legacy treatments package and already see results! The ambience is wonderful and the place is clean, and felt secure & comfortable!
